Draft for review. This page is a boilerplate starting point prepared ahead of the site's launch. It has not been reviewed by a solicitor and must not be relied on as final legal, regulatory or clinical governance content. Please review and confirm all bracketed [placeholders] before this page is published or linked from anywhere patients can reach it.

1. Membership plans

Lamure Clinics offers Dental membership (Gold, Platinum and Diamond) and Facial membership (Essential, Signature and Elite) plans, each with its own monthly price, included benefits and treatment discount, as set out on our Memberships page.

2. Eligibility and sign-up

Facial membership plans are available to adults aged 18 and over only — UK law does not permit botulinum toxin (Botox) or dermal fillers to be given to under-18s for cosmetic purposes. [Confirm whether under-18s can join a Dental plan, and on what terms.] Facial aesthetic treatments included in a membership plan remain subject to clinical consultation and suitability assessment at each visit; a membership does not guarantee eligibility for a specific treatment.

To join, contact the clinic. We will email you a secure link to set up your monthly payment with Stripe; your membership starts once your first payment has been received, and we will confirm this by email. The link is valid for 24 hours — if it expires, we can send a new one.

3. Fees and billing

Membership fees are taken monthly by card through Stripe, on the same date each month as your first payment, and continue automatically until cancelled in line with section 5 below. If a monthly payment fails, Stripe will retry it; if it still cannot be collected, your membership may be ended in line with section 7. Prices are correct at the time of publication and may change with notice as set out in section 6.

4. What is included and excluded

Each plan's included treatments, frequency and discount level are as described on the Memberships page at the time of sign-up. Membership discounts apply to treatments carried out at Lamure Clinics and are applied by the clinic when you are invoiced. [Full exclusions list, and whether unused treatment allowances carry forward to a following month, to be confirmed and added here before publication.]

Where a Dental plan includes worldwide accidental dental insurance, that cover is provided by [insurer name — to be confirmed] under its own policy terms, which will be provided to you on joining and take precedence over any summary on our website.

5. Cancellation

Your 14-day right to cancel. Because you join remotely, you have the legal right to cancel within 14 days of your membership starting, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you cancel within that period we will refund your payment, less a proportionate amount for any included treatments or services you have already received at your request.

Cancelling after that. There is no minimum term. You can cancel at any time by contacting us at info@lamureclinics.com or +44 20 8143 6200. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current monthly billing period: no further payments are taken, and your membership benefits continue until that period ends. Fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable once that period has started, except as set out above.

6. Changes to plans or pricing

We may update membership pricing or plan benefits from time to time. We will give existing members at least 30 days' notice by email before any change affects them, and you may cancel before the change takes effect if you do not wish to continue.

7. Termination by the clinic

We may suspend or end a membership where fees go unpaid, or where continuing to offer a treatment is no longer clinically appropriate for a member.
