Room Hire Terms and Conditions

Applies to bookings made through our Clinical Room Hire service. Last updated: 28 September 2026

Draft for review. This page is a boilerplate starting point prepared ahead of the site's launch. It has not been reviewed by a solicitor and must not be relied on as final legal, regulatory or clinical governance content. Please review and confirm all bracketed [placeholders] before this page is published or linked from anywhere patients can reach it.

1. Booking and deposit

Room hire is arranged by enquiry through our Room Hire page or by contacting the clinic. We will confirm availability, room configuration, equipment and the hire fee in writing before you book. A room hire booking is confirmed once [a deposit / full payment — to be confirmed] has been received. Availability is offered on a first-come basis and is not held without payment.

2. Cancellation policy

[Notice period and refund scale for a hirer cancelling a confirmed booking, and the clinic's policy if we need to cancel a booking (e.g. for essential maintenance), to be confirmed and added here.]

3. Permitted use

The space may only be used for the event agreed at the time of booking — for example a course, workshop, seminar, lecture or other professional teaching event, whether clinical or non-clinical. The number of attendees must not exceed the capacity agreed at booking (the space accommodates approximately 20–30 people). Any change of use or attendance must be agreed with Lamure Clinics in advance.

4. Hirer responsibilities

5. Access and hours

The space is available for hire during our opening hours, 10:00–17:00, with Saturdays by appointment only. Access, arrival and set-up times for your event are agreed when you book, and the space must be vacated by the agreed finish time. Lamure Clinics, 81 Lower Sloane Street, London SW1W 8DA.

6. Damage

The hirer is responsible for the cost of repairing any damage caused to the room, fixtures, or equipment during their hire period, beyond normal wear and tear.

7. Liability and indemnity

[To be reviewed by a solicitor — this section should set out each party's liability, and require the hirer to indemnify the clinic for claims arising from their own clinical practice during the hire period.]
